I have taken this quest quite seriously. 

Funny story, I had no idea that my pocket was waving hello until it was super dark and there was no turning back.

Oh well.

Maybe I am subconsciously starting a new trend! That is totally it.

Tulle and Rain; a Match Made in Heaven

Considering that it is raining cats and dogs, today's agenda must include: wear a tulle skirt, read goofy poetry and contemplate the adventure a mail man must have on a day like this.

Oh, Sweet Sasha

Allow me to introduce Sasha, she is 10 years young and

her nickname is Nanna, like the pup from Peter Pan. She practically was our babysitter when we were small so I think she fits the part quite nicely. She is a golden retriever, so it is no surprise that she patiently allows our little cousins lay all over her.

(We all know she enjoys it, anything is love to a golden retriever)

Mushrooms Sure Are Cute

 

What is it about mushrooms that's just so darn cute???

Perhaps they embody whimsy, or they remind us of in-key din-key little gnomes. Regardless, this mushroom backpack is a keeper.

This blazer is positively perfect in every way! 

The only problem is, it is currently unavailable.

One Classy Koala

Good Morning 2015! Gosh, 2014 sure gave me a run for my money :)
But hey, at least it wasn't boring! Today has been pretty chill, I guess we're recovering from last night's festivities.(We watched Newsies and ate a sushi restaurant out of business)

Tiny Tim and I, Kindered Spirits

"God bless us, everyone!"

I have always had a love for Tiny Tim, but now I can watch "A Christmas Carol" with a greater sense of... well, I guess you can consider Tim and I kindred spirits.  

(I slipped and fell last night while viewing our glorious luminaries, and managed to break my foot.) 

I'll be on crutches for 4-6 weeks. 

But hey, this is my chance to rule the grocery store by driving one of those loud scooters! Watch out fellow shoppers, watch out.
