Blushing

I love this color!!! Yes, this cardigan has enough static electricity to power a small home, but never the less, I'm thinking this one is a keeper. 

I call it bleach; A combination of blush and peach. 

Or maybe its more of a rosy pink. What do you think?

Oh, Sweet Sasha

Allow me to introduce Sasha, she is 10 years young and

her nickname is Nanna, like the pup from Peter Pan. She practically was our babysitter when we were small so I think she fits the part quite nicely. She is a golden retriever, so it is no surprise that she patiently allows our little cousins lay all over her.

(We all know she enjoys it, anything is love to a golden retriever)

Mushrooms Sure Are Cute

 

What is it about mushrooms that's just so darn cute???

Perhaps they embody whimsy, or they remind us of in-key din-key little gnomes. Regardless, this mushroom backpack is a keeper.

Good Morning 2015! Gosh, 2014 sure gave me a run for my money :)

Tiny Tim and I, Kindered Spirits

I have always had a love for Tiny Tim, but now I can watch "A Christmas Carol" with a greater sense of... well, I guess you can consider Tim and I kindred spirits.  

(I slipped and fell last night while viewing our glorious luminaries, and managed to break my foot.) 

I'll be on crutches for 4-6 weeks. 

But hey, this is my chance to rule the grocery store by driving one of those loud scooters! Watch out fellow shoppers, watch out.

Some Things Never Change =^-^=

 

For as long as I can remember, Lulu and I have been crazy about anything Hello Kitty. As a wee one, I had a pair of Hello Kitty shoes that would squeak as I walked. I Highly recommend this plan if you have a child that is prone to scampering off. My parents always knew exactly where I was. You would hear a  faint little squeak --- squeak --- squeak... Yup, there she is!

Rain and rehearsals

Ahh the rain! Lulu was on her way to rehearsal, and I had to snag a outfit photo.  For a number of reasons: First off, dang girl! Too cute to pass up! Secondly, its always a nice surprise to see her come out of her cave er... I mean bedroom and associate with society. And lastly, the rain was so nice!

Narnia is Where I'll Be

As a little girl, my greatest wish was to be Lucy Pevensie. Lulu would pretend to be Susan and we would have great adventures as we looked for majestic wardrobes and talking animals.
