Happiest Songs

I have always dreamed of owning a record player, this one is a bit of a fixer-upper but I'm sure it will be the bees knees in no time!

If you look really carefully, you can see that the print on my dress is actually a man's face! He has a bowler hat, a monocle, a bow tie and a sweet mustache to top it all off! Pretty neat if you ask me.

    When I saw your post title, I immediately thought of "The happy working song" from Disney's "Enchanted," and had to laugh when I saw that awesome record! Disney songs do indeed make me very happy, as well as 80s pop and the finale from Stravinsky's "The Firebird."

    And erm...sorry for being the creep who keeps bombarding your blog with comments...

    Yes! "The Firebird" is a must, we love Stravinsky! That lovely apricot recipe you suggested sounds yummy we will have to try it :)
