Ahh the rain! Lulu was on her way to rehearsal, and I had to snag a outfit photo. For a number of reasons: First off, dang girl! Too cute to pass up! Secondly, its always a nice surprise to see her come out of her cave er... I mean bedroom and associate with society. And lastly, the rain was so nice!
